The Island operates restrictive rules in respect of the ownership and occupation of property.

On moving you also need to consider the local tax rules in Jersey as well as your home jurisdiction.

Kerry Emblem, our Private Client Tax Director, has more than 20 years’ experience advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices and trustees. Based in Jersey, she specialises in international tax planning, trust structuring and estate matters, working closely with clients who require thoughtful, bespoke solutions.
