David leads PKF Channel Islands’ Risk Advisory practice, delivering innovation in IT General Controls and Data Analytics, while leading complex projects in Controls Reporting (ISAE3402, SOC), Internal Audit, and Technology Transformation.
With over two decades of experience, he has led major local and international projects across Financial Services, Technology, Retail, Hospitality and Manufacturing, helping organisations manage risk and improve performance.
Before joining PKF Channel Islands, David built and led Risk Assurance and Data practices for leading firms, including establishing a Big Four Risk Assurance service in Jersey and managing Data Assurance across the South and East of the UK.
A Chartered Accountant who transitioned into IT audit and data analytics, David is passionate about helping clients use technology and data to drive informed, strategic decisions. He is also Chair of the Channel Islands Information Security Forum, Vice-Chair of the Islands Data Governance Forum, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
